Christmas 2011

This year's card takes a little inspiration from Goseki Kojima ( Freelance & Cub ? ) - it's also kind of a sequel to 2009's card..

Got a bit more work to do this week then looking forward to baby's first Christmas - we'll be back in the new year when things will be getting a little stranger for the Nibbler.. In the meantime if you're around on Christmas Eve - say around Midnight - there'll be ja warm welcome at Fishtank Castle..

The Late Show

The Hang Gang's 'Icons' custom show happens tonight at Fullcircle Gallery in Leeds - from what I've seen so far its going to be quite a show with pals Luc, Holly & Ralph all delivering good style - unlike me.. 'Frankenstein's Nibbler' will not be appearing - I totally blew it & couldn't get the thing finished in time..

My apologies & thanks to Barry for being so cool about it & total 'Dad respect' for managing to pull an entire show together as a new dad while I couldn't even manage to finish one measly custom.. Seeing a bit of a pattern here after NYCC Medievals arrived late.. Hmm

Oh well - if you have the means - get to Fullcircle for beer, toys, beer & even a live band. Awwwwwww : |

Spider Weirdness

Despite the name - I have absolutely no interest in spiders - I just like the word Tarantulas - but this Autumn there's been a weird invasion of massive arachnoids that needs documenting.. The last one was extra freaky - deep aquatic or even alien like !!

Chelsea On The Rocks

When time & space go weird - the Nibbler is often somewhere around - but quite how a gremlinish gang of flying monkeys came to be working the lift in an early 80s German version of a notorious lower Manhattan hotel is anyone's guess.. Maybe ask Ralph if he can make sense of it.. But who can make sense of Ralph ?? "Einmal White Russian bitte !!"

Fishtank Castle SHOULD* open for business Friday night 30th Sept at 12pm Midnight UK time ( 7pm East Coast ).. The store has been updated with the new stuff at 'coming soon' status..

My thanks to Don & Mori for their skill & attention to detail in getting the Mechanibblers just right, to Ali at Morpheus for playing along with my crazy projects and above all to Matt without whose inspiration ol' Chompy would never have existed ( at least not in this dimension )..

Pls note the Fishtank Castle playsets are a Pre-Order open for one day only - pls allow 60 days for delivery. Pls also note the classic deco 'Action Nibblers' will be limited to one per customer - the Mechanibblers are unlimited.
